Your Dedicated Provider

Jamie Gustafson, PMHNP-BC

Hi, I’m Jamie Gustafson, PMHNP, APRN. I am a board certified integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes that healing happens when we prioritize strength, hope, and individuality. I have served Arizona families for twenty years as a labor and delivery nurse and three years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I’ve seen firsthand how deeply mental and physical health are connected. My own journey through anxiety, ADHD, hormone imbalances, infertility, pregnancy loss, and midlife transitions have shaped my approach to care. I blend traditional psychiatry with functional medicine, personalized treatments, and holistic strategies. When people ask me about my biggest challenge, my answer is always the same: “Figuring out how to get pregnant, stay pregnant, and find myself again after giving birth.” My fertility journey in numbers: 3 reproductive surgeries, 5 miscarriages, 4 infertility treatments, 105 days on bed rest, and 2 healthy boys. My post-reproductive journey: 8 years, 5 medical providers, and 15 supplement and medication trials to address perimenopausal fatigue, brain fog, and hormonal mood swings. I know what it’s like to feel strong in some areas of life while feeling completely powerless in others. What are your reproductive numbers? You are not alone!
