AZ Holistic Anxiety Treatment is a psychiatric private practice. We accept adult clients (age 18 and up) who live in Arizona. We offer in person and virtual appointments ranging from 30-90 minutes. Our providers take time to listen to each client.

Jamie Gustafson, PMHNP-BC

Jamie Gustafson, PMHNP-BC, is a distinguished psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner known for her compassionate and holistic approach to patient care. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2002, Jamie's devotion to improving patient care led her to complete a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2021. After 20 years of serving as a perinatal nurse, Jamie’s passion for integrative medicine for mental health and holistic well-being came to fruition. She completed a PMHNP board certification in 2022 and CIMHP certification in 2023. Jamie's professional contributions extend beyond clinical practice. She has served as a valuable member of Dignity Health’s perinatal Resolve Through Sharing bereavement team, offering crucial support and guidance to individuals and families navigating loss and grief. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in co-leading the Baby-Friendly staff education program for Dignity Hospitals, contributing significantly to the enhancement of maternal and infant care standards. Jamie continues to demonstrate a passion for advancing patient care through a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and alternative treatment modalities. She is recognized for her out-of-the-box thinking and her advocacy for a whole person approach. In 2023, Jamie Gustafson PMHNP-BC founded AZ Holistic Anxiety Treatment, a pioneering mental health practice. With a commitment to non-judgmental care and client empowerment, Jamie has dedicated her career to developing innovative, client-centered care plans that prioritize the overall well-being of her clients.
